We do NOT provide boarding or overnight care. All pet sitting is done in the clients home.

H&H does charge a $35 fee for all new Clients. This fee is credited to your account when you sign up for services. This allows us to take the time to get to know you, the pets, your home and onboarding. We do require paperwork and fee to be paid before we schedule the consult.

We do require ALL Clients to use a lockbox or a hide-a-key with TWO keys inside. This is important for many reasons; it keeps your keys on your property at all times. In an event you are ever locked out or need to allow someone in when you are away, having a lockbox allows you to do that. Most importantly, H&H will never misplace your keys and we will always have a way in if there’s an emergency.

Please be familiar with our cancellation policy outlined in our Terms Of Service as they are strictly enforced. We understand things happen so give us a call and we will try to be as flexible as possible.

All payments for scheduled services are charged electronically 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. If your service is scheduled last minute or the week of we charge your card on file the day you make the service request if it is approved. Payments are submitted on the Client Portal on Time To Pet where your information is secured safely.

We are insured by Pet Sitters Associates, we are also pet CPR & First Aid Certified as well as being a member of Pet Sitters International.

Snow removal from the property is the Clients responsibility, access to the home must be cleared before we arrive.

We require at least ONE visit per day for cats and at least THREE visits per day for dogs.

Pet sitting is only available to current regular clients.

We may arrive one hour early or one hour later that scheduled time, we try to be at your home at the scheduled time but we ask all our clients to understand their could be a cancellation, traffic, or a pet emergency which might cause us to not be on time or early that day. We will try our best to text you if we will be early or late.

We require all cats and dogs to have an updated rabies vaccination per MA State Law.
